My husband clicked this picture at Sikkim. We had stopped to take pictures of the scenic landscape, and that’s when we saw her. She was walking on an empty road. Vishal asked her if he could take a picture. She stopped, smiled for the camera, and left. I love this picture for the innocence reflected in her eyes.
I am participating in #WordlessWednesday hosted by Natasha and Esha.

wow and that perfect smile…
Thank you, Bhavna. Loved her smile too
Love the backdrop and the innocent charm on her face. A stunning capture, Priya. So glad you joined us for #WW.
Thank you for this one of a kind shot.
Been thinking to join #WW for a while. Thank you for hosting it. It is a wonderful idea.
Glad you liked the Pic.
I find it fascinating how strangers become a part of our travel stories without our realising and this one to me, seems to be one of those amazing captures! Your picture captures the lady’s expression so beautifully…you don’t get that kind of simplicity in big cities or even small towns any more. Thank you for joining us with your lovely capture this week. 🙂
So true, Esha. Love her expressions. She had a grace about herself. And as you rightly said, the simplicity.
Thank you for the lovely comment, and for hosting the wonderful wordless Wednesday.
Yes, Priya, the wrinkled face and the eyes still left untouched by the pain and disillusion of the world.
True. thank you, Anshu
